UTEPO Overseas After-sales Service Policy


1. UTEPO provides free warranty service ranging from 1 to 3 years from the shipment date of the products. The warranty period is based on the different products catalogue, as showed like the following:

Tip: The warranty only applies for the device itself. The package, cables, software, data and other accessories are not included. Packaging, various cables, software products, technical data and other accessories are not covered here.


2. Warranty service commitment

2.1 Free warranty service

Within the warranty time of UTEPO, if there are any problems on our items, which we are responsible for, the certain item could be delivered to the after-sales center in the headquarter of           Shenzhen UTEPO H-tech Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen. Then, it will be get repaired and delivered back to the client. UTEPO will undertake the single-way freight.

2.3 Other protocol requirements

If the item has any faults which in the warranty coverage and has to return back for repairing. Please first estimate the return & re-shipping costs. If the shipping costs will beyond the cost of the device itself, we will not suggest you to send it back. The new item or repair parts will be sent to you at once if needed. For the new item is possible to have some defects like Engineer prototype/Display prototype or some appearance defects. Please kindly understand that it will not affect the normal use.

2.4 Instruction of extended warranty extended

The extended warranty provides you with free repair service and repair solution. The fee of extended warranty: the unit price of each item*5% annually.

2.5 Other matters not mentioned herein should be subject to the mutual agreement.


3. The following situations are not in the free repair service, note that UTEPO provides chargeable service.

3.1 The damage caused by using the product under abnormal working environment or contrary to the product manual.

3.2 Alter or tear up the Bar Code without authorization.

3.3 Out of warranty: Product that exceeds the warranty period

3.4 Alter the setting file or disassemble device without authorization by UTEPO.

3.5 Damage caused by major accidents, natural disasters and other irresistible factors (such as flood, fire, lightning, and earthquake, etc.)

3.6 PCB is damaged or oxidized, interface damaged (such as oxidation, dirt).

3.7 Zero field voltage is too large, inappropriate voltage input and so on.

3.8 Damage caused by transit damage occurred during shipment

3.9 Other damages not caused by the design, technology, manufacture, quality, etc.


4. Technical support service

If there is any question about the products or the quality, please contact the online service for support. The online service is 24 hour service. Meanwhile, the technical engineer will reply and provide solution in an hour after receiving the consultant from customers.

Remarks:  reserves all rights including interpretation and modification to this warranty policy.
