BACKGROUND

Banks are public places with complex traffic, and video surveillance plays an important role for security prevention and daily information management of banks. The security guards get real-time conditions through the cameras installed in reception, office areas, corridors, and conference rooms to detect safety hazards and deal with emergencies promptly.

The original monitoring system inside XX bank in Switzerland was analog, which now is requested to be upgraded to a digital HD video surveillance system.

UTEPO SOLUTION

It adopted UTEPO PoE (EPOC) Ethernet Extender UTP7301EPOC to provide HD IP signals and PoE transmission over coaxial cable.

HIGHLIGHT

Easy Construction

Provide HD transmission through the original coaxial cable. It only needs to replace the monitoring devices in both front-end and back-end. No need to re-demolish walls to arrange new cables, minimizing the impact on the environment and the building.

Long-distance Transmission

The transmission distance of coaxial cable can reach up to 500m, while the network delay is less than 1ms to meet the demand for long-distance network transmission.
